SOL Farm (small, organic, local) is 5 acres of beautiful land located in the fertile and warm Cowichan Valley, just 10 minutes west of Duncan. Founded in 2008 by Ramona and Stephen Schacht, SOL Farm specializes in heirloom and heritage varieties of vegetables and fruits, specifically selected and grown sustainably and organically for the best flavours.

We currently sell our produce at both the Duncan and Nanaimo Farmer's Markets, and to chef Brock Windsor of the Stone Soup Inn. This award winning restaurant is located at Skutz Falls between Duncan and Cowichan Lake.
