We proudly grow seasonal produce for chef Brock Windsor of the Stone Soup Inn. This award winning restaurant is located at Skutz Falls between Duncan and Cowichan Lake. Brock has an amazing ability to turn simple ingredients into what can best be described as culinary bliss. He is a master at showcasing the essential flavours of each ingredient he works with and his food pairings are both simple and complex. We are tailoring our plantings this year in order to provide him with even more of what he wants to offer his customers. For a truly exceptional meal, we couldn't suggest a better experience.
